In a unique location in Obermenzing, directly at the Nymphenburg Canal, we are building an elegant villa ensemble in purist architecture based on the BAUHAUS philosophy. EDITION MA29 is being built at the end of a side arm of Marsopstrasse which has very little traffic. A wide green strip with old trees protects the property from view and, according to the garden statutes of the city of Munich, is already part of an extensive park, which invites to walks and leisure activities only a few steps further.

Herzogpark in Munich was laid out by Count Montgelas in 1805 and is appreciated by numerous public figures for its tranquility and privacy. With our EDITION AS33, we have realized a high-quality multi-family villa that does justice to its sophisticated surroundings in a special way. The prestigious new villa is located opposite a spacious park, offering an unobstructed view of the greenery.

With EDITION AM07 H-I-M Villenbau realized another luxurious multi-family villa in a prime location at Lake Starnberg. The property is located on a hill below the Almeida Castle and offers a fantastic lake view from all residential units due to its positioning on the hillside. The park-like property is only a few minutes walk from the center of the village and has a private path that allows a shortcut to the lake.

Our EDITION WH16 was designed in the tradition of the urban upper middle class. The elegant building with its differentiated facade of clinker bricks in combination with smooth plaster surfaces deliberately sets accents and contributes to the further development of the villa culture in Altbogenhausen.
